The deadline for canceling an Order is 3 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for any Website Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
No returns/refunds/exchanges after 7 days from the delivery date.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
The supply of Goods which are listed as "On Sale" and/or listed at a reduced price of the original listed price.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Team apparel items are not eligible for refunds if they are not returned in a new and unused condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed by check made out to the original purchaser within 7-14 business days and shipped Certified Mail via the United States Postal Service. Once a refund is issued, the amount of time it takes for you to receive your refund will be based on shipping times by United States Postal Service . We have no control over how long this will take
It is up to you as the customer to determine if you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item to us. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
